What should I do if I sent token/coins to my Coinvest wallet, but they are not showing up?
Double check that all information is correct: look at recipient wallet address, amount transferred, transaction fee and that your wallet is connected to mainnet.
If everything was set correctly, check that you have enough funds in your wallet to send amount you want (including transaction fee).
If you have Transaction Hash, check its status, using respective explorer (for example https://www.blockchain.com/en/explorer for Bitcoin transactions or https://etherscan.io for Ethereum transactions). If your transaction has Pending status, it means that it is not mined yet (not included into the main blockchain). In this case just wait for the transaction to be mined or send another transaction with higher fee. If your transaction has Rejected (Declined) status, look what was the cause and fix it.
